We went to Zoo-To-Do in at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans not knowing how my teenagers would feel about it, but it turned out to be a huge hit for myself and my boys.
There was something for every age. One of my sons spent most of his time shooting hoops, while the other bounced between building LEGO sets, getting creative with clay, and making his way around the zoo on animal adventures.

That being said, the tastings alone made the event worthwhile. The chocolate, strawberry and traditional beignets topped this list with my sons. The delicious iced coffee topped my list. Other treats included snowballs, sherbet, and even Nutella crepes. At every turn, there was something fun (and delicious) to try.
The VIP area made this whimsical mama happy. With its color and over the top decor, it was the dopamine boost that is good for the soul. The mini escape offered the free drinks (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic), pasta, jambalaya, tater tots, and sliders, and so much more.

As icing on the cake, we always enjoy the animals with the flamingos, monkeys, and elephants showing out as our favorites. I highly recommend Zoo to Do for Kids for families with children of all ages.
