  1. This is beautiful! Yes, the way we speak to children and adults can have major impact. I remember being a substitute school teacher for elementary schools. I would always greet the children each morning saying, “I’m so happy to see you. I’m so glad you are here today.” The smiles on their faces after the morning greeting was priceless. 🙂
