Battling Burnout and Depression

Burnout is real in these working mom streets y’all. As such I have limited my “must-do” list to three things that I am documenting daily in my Be Rooted journal and planner:

(1) something for the mind
(2) something for the body
(3) something for the spirit

I tell my athletes, the only way to recover from overuse injuries is complete rest so that’s what I’m doing. For those wondering how organizing my drawers is good for my mind, I am decluttering, room by room, corner by corner.

Hope do you recover from burnout and lack of motivation?
