My name is Brittany Bonnaffons. As a mother, wife, and professional, I feel like I should have life figured out by now. Life has taught me quite the contrary – the more I know, the less I know.
I also feel like the world judges us by unrealistic standards. Teaching, coaching and just living through every day hustle and bustle remind me that standards are subjective. Therefore, I have dedicated this blog to challenging standards and instead embracing yourself for who you are – ordinarily extraordinary.

Hello thought I will follow your journey too as what you write seems to agree with me. Thanks for following me too. Life is give and take. And I believe people cross your path for a reason even on the I net, and that we can learn a lot from each other. Many Blessings of Love and Light from me 🙂 ❤

Hi, Brittany! What a wonderful theme: Ordinarily Extraordinary. 🙂 I look forward to reading your blog. I’m in education, too, and can really relate to much of what I’ve read here so far. Hugs!!! Question: Have you read any of Angela Watson’s books? I did an onlinr book study with her, and it was amazing! Best books for the Christian teacher (and nonchristian, for that matter) that I’ve ever read. “Awakened” and “Unshakable” are the titles. Please let me know what you think if you read them. Blessings!!!

I am just getting back into reading. I’m on the process of reading a book called “Mom on a Mission” by Stefani Stoltzfus. I am also on Chapter 1 of a book called “Uninvited” by Lisa TerKeurst. I’m slowly incorporating reading into my daily to-dos. I’ll definitely have to check out Angela Watson. (Baby steps) So glad you could join me in this crazy journey. I just followed you also. I’m always trying to learn more about hair…good, bad and ugly!

Hello Brittany,
It is with sincere adoration for your work helping others that I am writing to you. Because of your audience, perhaps you might be interested in either an article or a review copy of one or both of my books.
I’m an author and speaker who’s done interviews on national radio stations including iHeart Radio. I’m passionate about helping others discover God for themselves or deepen their relationship with God. My first book, Imagine God, shows how our emotional responses to life experiences are by design, enabling us to relate to, get to know, and develop a personal relationship with God. I’ve been blessed as it’s received 16 book awards and has a 5-star Amazon rating. My second book, not yet published, explores the possibility of an additional “hidden” layer of meaning in The Parable of the Good Samaritan.
Not that long ago, I came to the realization that the discomfort I was experiencing was the result of being separated from God. That is when I received Jesus into my life to mend that separation. It was a big transition from my Jewish upbringing. I also survived a near-death experience that helped me realize just how precious our time here is. I’ve since prioritized my efforts on spiritual growth and appreciating those who share similar values.
I appreciate your work and want you to know that, though I self-published my first book, I’m now seeking a traditional publisher to reach more people with my work. Please let me know if you might be interested in receiving an article or a review copy of either book, if they are acquired by a well-known publisher. Your reaction, private or public, would mean a lot to me. Thank you again for all you do, and I thank you for your consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you.
With thanks,
Rick Pribell

Thank you so much for reaching out. I am just seeing this. Life is super crazy at the moment. Your book sounds amazing, but I do not have the time at the moment to give it the review you need. Thank you again for thinking of me. I apologize for my late response.
